The screen guests walk up to

An attract screen, also called a start screen or welcome screen, is what the booth shows while it waits. It is the first thing a guest sees, and on most booths it is the stock screen that came with the software. BoothLab designs one for the event, with the names and a call to action, in the look of the prints.

You choose the device and which way up it sits, then a layout for where the artwork and the wording go. Landscape screens have three layouts and portrait screens have two.

Buttons as separate files

Each button is delivered as its own PNG, 800 × 800 pixels, so you can load them one by one into whatever slots your software has. A set shares one shape and one style. The labels start as Photo, GIF, Boomerang and Video, and you can change them or add others such as Print, Share, Slow-mo or Retake.

Redo one without touching the others

If the prints are right but the screen is not, redo only the screen for one credit. The same goes for the buttons. The hero print stays exactly as you approved it.

What is a photo booth attract screen?

It is the screen a booth shows while it waits for the next guest, usually with an invitation to tap. It is also called a start screen, welcome screen or idle screen.

How many buttons are in a set?
