A library and a studio solve different problems
Templates Booth answers “I need a good design for Saturday and I want to choose from lots.” Its size and its native software files are real advantages, and a busy operator can get a great deal of use from one membership.
BoothLab answers “this client wants something that is theirs.” There is nothing to browse. You describe the event and the kit is designed for it.
Where BoothLab does less
BoothLab delivers still PNG files. It does not provide files in a booth app’s own template format, and it does not make animated overlays. If either matters to how you work, Templates Booth is the better fit.
Using both
The two fit together. A library covers the everyday bookings, and a made-to-order kit covers the weddings and brand events where the client is paying for something of their own.
